“No need to hurry. No need to sparkle. No need to be anyone else but oneself”. Virginia Woolf
Step away from the busyness of everyday,
Nurture your inner peace,
Listen to your body,
Learn how to breathe to regulate the fight/flight response of your nervous system,
Grow in self-compassion and self-care without guilt,
Take care of your body mindfully.
In times of constant social ‘noise’, information overload, and increasing demands for our attention, we are very likely to experience heightened alert in our nervous systems that manifests itself in anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, and often translates into physical illnesses when the body cannot withstand the pressure anymore.
Instead of getting more, being more, or becoming more, we focus here on being enough, slowing down, being present and appreciating the smallest gifts of life – the glimpses of sun rays, birds’ songs, nourishing rain after a hot day, the whispers of the trees, or the smallest acts of loving kindness, to name a few. This is where the rewilding journey begins – in simplicity, gratitude, oneness with nature, and togetherness.
Explore the somatic practices that can help you rewild your path.

The restorative nature of the forehead and temple massage
Designed to alleviate tensions, which we often hold in our foreheads. Gentle pressure is applied with finger tips across your forehead, in between your brows and on the temples. Essential oils are used, but are not necessary if you are sensitive to smells. It is known to provide a relief from stress and enable relaxation. Your massage will be added to the Reiki session.
